By accessing or using the website at freealbertafromovereach.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site. Free Alberta From Overreach reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Purpose and Nature of the Site

This Site is operated by Free Alberta From Overreach, a political advocacy organization based in Alberta, Canada. The Site is intended to provide information about our advocacy work, equalization payment reform, and Alberta provincial rights, and to facilitate voluntary donations to support our mission.

3. Donations

All donations made through this Site are voluntary contributions to Free Alberta From Overreach. By making a donation, you acknowledge:

  • Donations are not currently tax-deductible as charitable contributions.
  • Donations exceeding $49.00 CAD require your full legal name, mailing address, and phone number as required by Elections Alberta regulations.
  • All donations are processed in Canadian dollars (CAD).
  • Refunds are not available except in cases of processing errors.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this Site to:

  • Violate any applicable Canadian federal or provincial law or regulation
  • Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Free Alberta From Overreach or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Free Alberta From Overreach does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Free Alberta From Overreach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content.
